Responsibilities
- Contribute to overarching digital objectives and strategies with a paid social lens, incorporating business goals and analytics, technology solutions, testing plans, creative optimization, measurement and integration
- Develop tactical paid social plans, including targeting/segmentation, personalization: optimal creative and messaging, platform priorities, testing plans, flighting, measurement plan and required budget
- Partner with internal team and clients as needed to manage strategies and activation across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Nextdoor, AdWords) and maximize performance, innovation, content effectiveness
- Conduct measurable, connected A/B tests on ad copy/creative
- Ensure campaigns hit target audience and are optimized for cost and performance
- Pilot new paid social platforms, native platform beta offerings, and first-to-market features
- Day-to-day budget management, campaign pacing, and partner management
- Design campaign presentations highlighting results, insights, and opportunities
- On the pulse of tech capabilities to evaluate and industry innovations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on, execution-based paid social and display experience
- Experience working for consultancy, agency, or client-side execution
- Native platform experience on: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, X, Nextdoor, AdWords/YouTube
- Excellent time management skills with ability to follow through by prioritizing multiple tasks
- Solid understanding of all campaign key performance indicators
- Experience in analyzing campaign data and optimizing in real-time
- Well versed in asset/creative trafficking to ensure accuracy and timeline expectations
- Basic understanding of Facebook Pixels and Google Analytics/tracking code
- Experience managing campaigns to drive leads or direct sales a BIG PLUS
- Experience with integrated campaigns is a plus
- Previous experience communicating with clients a plus

Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with Agency Leadership, Social Managers and Digital Analyst(s) to design performance strategies across agency accounts.
- Plan social and digital ongoing advertising and campaigns to meet client’s objectives, including targeting, messaging, platform priorities, selection of creative, etc.
- Collaborate with partners to establish KPIs and goals for advertising executions
- Oversees, and is champion for, the strategy of ongoing advertising and campaigns to meet established goals and KPIs
- Provide guidance on optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment across agency accounts.
- Research and identify emerging trends in the industry and new advertising opportunities.
- Leads the team in ideating on opportunities for strategy, including for launches, seasonality, timely events, etc.
- Analyze performance and contribute to reports on advertising executions, highlighting results, insights, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3–7 years of social media performance planning and program management experience
- Past agency experience is preferred
- Background in creating media strategy and plans for ongoing advertising and campaigns across multiple platforms
- A minimum of 3 years experience placing and optimizing ads through TikTok, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, as well as other platforms like Pinterest, X, Snapchat, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and research, including experience using tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, eMarketer, Nielsen, Statista, etc.
- Driven to expand capabilities as new advertising opportunities enter the market, and educating the team on new platforms and platform updates.
