A leader in premium apparel across college, NFL, and MLB, Heritage Gear wanted to press into the underserved market of alumni, enthusiasts, students, parents, and fans who desire quality over quantity. The focus was to build awareness, engage with customers, drive sales, and build a pipeline for introducing new product.
With an initial focus in lower funnel investment, we recommended a mix of advanced DPA campaigns to feature all current products to new and existing customers, create equity for retargeting, build strong lookalike audiences, and rapidly test and learn to stay on top of purchasing trends making recommendations that boosted ROI.
In the first 3 months of campaign activation, we helped Heritage Gear garner 94 total purchases, a 32% cart conversion rate and an average purchase conversion value of $408, proving that not only did we dial in on who their core customer is, but were able to get them to purchase high end items exceeding targeted cart size goals. We rolled this into a scalable approach for both growth and introducing new product into market.
